We kick off with a strategy workshop where I’ll bring my market research and workshop your business and website goals, your dream customers and their behaviour, and start building a strategy to build you a website that connects with your dream customers and converts them into fans of your brand who come back for more.

Nothing is created without intention—based on everything we’ve uncovered in our strategy workshop, I put my design psychology and user experience hat on and get started with designing your website to connect with your customers, stand out in your industry and telling your brand story with meaning!

Don’t worry about the backend bits and bobs, I’ve got you covered. Before we wrap up, I’ll share a library of easy-to-follow video tutorials that walk you through how everything on your new website works so you feel confident and comfortable editing text, changing images and adding products in the future!
